Aide Non-Emergency Transport
BrightStart Pediatrics needs a Pediatric Aide to join our team for non-emergency medical transport escort duties on a Full Time or Part Time basis.
The Transportation Escort is responsible for supervising medically fragile infants and children during non-emergency transportation to and from our PPEC center on the van or bus.
Key duties include: clinical assessment and monitoring in keeping with sound clinical practice, thorough and accurate reporting from the parent or caregiver on each patient’s status and communicating with center nursing staff.
All BrightStart team members participate in the great fun and activities that make our program unique. The person we are looking for is reliable, passionate about patient care, able to work with minimal supervision, and professional in attitude and appearance.
Qualified personnel include: home health aides, nursing assistants, certified nursing assistants, patient care technicians, medical assistants, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), and individuals with training and experience in education, social services or childcare related fields.
